Dispatch Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During launch periods, high demand or public holidays, dispatch times may extend slightly.

 

Australia Shipping

  • Standard Shipping (2–8 business days): $9.95 AUD

  • Express Shipping (1–3 business days): $14.95 AUD

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $150 AUD

All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post with tracking provided.

 

International Shipping

  • Standard International (6–12 business days): From $19.95 AUD

  • Express International (3–7 business days): From $29.95 AUD

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout depending on destination.

Please note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applied by their country.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow your shipment in real time.

 

Pre-Orders

For pre-order items, estimated dispatch dates will be clearly stated on the product page.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the order may be shipped together once all items are available.

 

Delivery Notes

  • Journey is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we are unable to redirect orders once dispatched.
